Since we do not provide the traditional Sunday morning Sunday School
program our Wednesday evening services focus on Christian
discipleship. The mandate for our adult discipleship program is
founded on the divine directive in Ephesians 4: 12, “equipping the
saints for the work of service.” The Greek term for “equipping” is
“kartartismos” which means to rightly set in place every member of
the body for completing its function. To comply with that directive
our times are dedicated to Biblical teachings, Body Ministry,
Intercessory Prayer, Harp & Bowl services (Rev. 5: 8), Ministry
Workshops, etc.
Additionally, Wednesday evenings provide discipleship opportunities
for children and youth. Nursery services are available. |
